A new bag

We actually did take this one from a CD collection. We hardly ever use CDs because the quality tends to be awful, but this one just needed a bit of work - and it's so beautiful that it was worth it.

It's a picture by Warwick Goble - I just LOVE the colour combinations. Nautilus, art deco silk tarot bag, drawstring pouch Nautilus silk tarot bag, drawstring pouch

More flaps

The from-old-fabric flaps are not quite ready, they've been quite hard to get right. However, these two - from pre 1910 Rackham-illustrated books - finally are done.Undine the Mermaid. Fairytale three-way messenger bag (flap print). The Garden of the Hesperides. Fairytale three-way messenger bag (flap print). It's really quite soothing doing these flap designs compared to the emotional ups and downs of making a deck of cards. I'm enjoying it.
